Returns + Exchange Policy

MammaBelle The Label understands that during your pregnancy your body is changing and growing (sometimes in ways you never thought possible). As a result, it can be difficult to know the size of your gorgeous new body and your growing bump.

Don’t Worry!

If you order the wrong size or you’re not satisfied with the fit of the item(s) you ordered or you simply change your mind, MammaBelle The Label will gladly give you the option of exchanging the item(s) for a different size, a different style or you can return the item(s) for a full refund.

Rules of return or exchange…

If you would like to exchange or return an item please contact MammaBelle The Label at mammabellethelabel@outlook.com to begin the process. You must contact MammaBelle The Label within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to exchange or return an item.
Exchanging for a more expensive item means that you will be charged the difference. Exchanging for a less expensive item means that you will be refunded the difference.
All refunds will be issued to you by the same method that payment was made.
MammaBelle The Label does advise that you check sizing information before you make your purchase.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with return of the item/s to MammaBelle The Label.
Please note: MammaBelle The Label will not be responsible for lost returns. A postage service that allows the item to be tracked is recommended.
If you’re exchanging an item for a different size or style, MammaBelle The Label will not charge you for re-delivery within Australia, if the original order was over $175.00.
Re-delivery will be charged at the standard rates for original orders of $175.00 or less and for international customers.
To receive a refund or exchange, the item must be returned within 21 days of receipt of your order, in its ORIGINAL CONDITION – i.e. in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and with incidentals included (spare buttons/waist ties).
MammaBelle The Label reserves the right to deny you a refund if the item does not meet these standards. Denied refunds will simply be returned to you.

Defected or damaged items…

If you believe the item you received is defected or damaged, MammaBelle will gladly exchange the item if notified of the defect within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please contact MammaBelle The Label at mammabellethelabel@outlook.com to begin this process.
You will be required to provide a photo of the defect so that MammaBelle The Label may inspect the item reported as defected.
Once defect/damage is confirmed MammaBelle The Label will provide a replacement for the item(s) (subject to availability). MammaBelle The Label will not charge you for delivery of replacement item(s).
In the case that an item is unavailable MammaBelle The Label will provide an exchange, credit note or full refund for the item(s).
All refunds will be issued to you by the same method that payment was made.
Defected/damaged items must be returned to MammaBelle The Label. Costs associated with returning a defected/damaged product to MammaBelle The Label will be reimbursed once items have been received by MammaBelle The Label.

Incorrect items…

If you believe you have been sent incorrect item(s), please email MammaBelle The Label at mammabellethelabel@outlook.com.
Incorrect items must be returned to MammaBelle The Label. Costs associated with returning an incorrect item to MammaBelle The Label will be reimbursed once incorrect items have been received. The correct item will only be sent to you when the incorrect item has been received by MammaBelle The Label.

Customs + duty charges…

International orders and returns may be subject to local charges such as taxes and duties.
As the recipient of the goods, you the customer are liable for all import duties, customs, taxes and associated fees levied by competent authorities of the shipping destination and payment of these charges may be required for customers order to be released from customs.
If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be classified as abandoned. You agree that MammaBelle The Label will not be held responsible for any loss of funds or goods as a result of your parcel being returned to Australia or deemed to have been abandoned.
MammaBelle The Label has no control over any charges that may be imposed by authorities in your country on your order, and cannot predict what those charges may be.
MammaBelle The Label will not be held responsible for any additional charges on customers’ orders, nor can MammaBelle The Label accept a return of the order in this case.
Customs policies vary from country to country – please contact your local customs office for further information on your country’s laws.
MammaBelle The Label cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees as this is an illegal practice.
